To get closer to our customers we have created a capillary assistance network providing a service, characterized by among other things, the professionalism and courtesy of its engineers.
Over 3,000 people work in the consumer service, which covers all the countries in which we operate.
Over five million phone calls are received at our call centres every year: a direct line that helps us to understand our customers' needs in advance and satisfy them quickly and in the best possible way.
To offer maximum assistance we have established a number of special services and a large variety of extra guarantees, catering for all requirements, involving either single appliances or more complex built-in arrangements.
Services like original spare parts management, our vast range of accessories and direct contact with customers, mean we can help out at any time and thus satisfy all your requirements.

service network authorized and guaranteed by the manufacturer.
Just call 199.199.199*, answering 7 days a week, from 8 am to 8 pm (to 6 pm on Sundays).
The nearest authorized engineer to your home will visit with guaranteed original spare parts and a transparent price list.
* The charge for calling from fixed phones is euro 14.25 cents a minute (VAT included) from 8 am to 6.30 pm, Mon. to Fri. and Sat., and euro 5.58 cents a minute (VAT included) from 6.30 pm to 8 am, Mon. to Fri. and on holidays. Calls from mobile phones are charged on the basis of the relevant operator's tariffs.
