Junior or new graduate employee profiles |

For these individuals, a group interview day is held. For the recruitment of these human resources the selection process initially involves the group interview. The objective is that of identifying those resources that demonstrate a marked capability in team work and problem solving.
Who overcomes this phase goes on to the subsequent one: an individual interview focused on attitudes, experiences and motivation, managed by personnel selection of human resources. A meeting with the line manager followed, with the aim of gaining additional information on the candidacy.

Senior Employee Profiles

The modality of personnel selection for senior profiles is different. Their recruitment occurs directly through individual interviews.
A first interview with a personnel selection manager and, in a successive phase, with the head of the corporate unit.
The time period in which personnel is selected is particularly brief. Each candidate takes part in a maximum of four interviews in a period of time between 15 and 30 days.

Our priority is to guarantee that human resources have development paths within the company. Two instruments are used most:
- performance evaluation;
- potential evaluation.
Training occurs especially "on the job" and is completed with internal and external courses aimed at strengthening or integrating managerial capacities required by the position and necessary in the company.
We create personalized Development Plans in which job rotation is one of the main growth instruments together with internal and external training.

There is a five-day training period in the first four months after being hired.
During the first two years in the company, 5 weeks of training are provided for the development of managerial capabilities (Communication/teamworking; Creative Problem Solving; Time, Leadership, Project & People Management; Negotiation; Presentation & Public Speaking; Basic Finance)
