The Company has eight production plants in Italy (in Le Marche, Campania, Piemonte, Veneto and Lombardia) serving local and European markets.

United Kingdom
On the UK market Indesit Company can count on one of the most efficient organizations in Europe. With the acquisition of GDA's fridge, cooker, washing machine and dryer plants, it managed to consolidate leadership in the UK. Indesit Company leads the market in the UK, where it designs, produces and distributes millions of appliances and provides service to over three million new customers every year. The Company has also consolidated its leadership in terms of service, with a network of technical assistance centres covering the whole country. A veritable "Consumer Portal", this service network enables Indesit to be close to customers and understand their needs. It's run from a single office in Peterborough comprising a Contact Centre, a spare parts warehouse and a team of qualified engineers guaranteeing after-sales service for a platform of over 24 million products.

Continental Europe
Indesit Company has gradually developed a highly competitive sales positioning in key markets such as France and Spain. Over the long process of Indesit Company's growth and expansion, Poland has continued play a major role. The Company was one of the first white goods makers to create a permanent platform in the country, concentrating its entire capacity in Poland in the Łódz Special Economic Zone. The fridge plant started up in 2004 was built next to the existing cooker factory. In 2008, two new plants will be opening in Radomsko to specialize in washing products, thus forming the country’s biggest industrial cluster in the white goods sector.

International Area
Indesit Company was one of the first European enterprises to invest in the economic development of the CIS. By focusing on improving productivity and efficiency, Indesit Company consolidated its presence in Russia and the surrounding regions. It now has ten commercial branches and over 300 service centres in 150 cities. In 2005, Russia's first logistics pole, and Europe's largest in this industry, was opened in the Lipetzk industrial district. The Company has been active Turkey since 1994 and has a plant in the industrial district of Manisa making top of the range fridges. Indesit Company launched a pilot project in its Manisa plant to define and implement an innovative workplace health and safety management system (OHSAS 18001). Indesit Company has also built extensive sales networks in the Balkan states and "New European" countries. Farther afield, it has been operating in China since 2005, when it entered a joint venture with Wuxi Little Swan, China's no. 1 manufacturer of washing machines. Thanks in part to the experience of its associate Merloni Progetti, which has built 25 plants in China, Indesit Company has earned itself solid credibility in that country.
