To guarantee that the client-supplier relationship is clear and explicit from the outset, Indesit Company requires qualified suppliers to sign the General Conditions of Supply.

The General Conditions of Supply are a statement of Indesit Company’s rules and expectations. The most important of these conditions regard:

• Quality,
• Compliance with applicable law
• Service levels
• Compliance with the Code of Conduct adopted by Indesit Company (decree law 231/2001).
