Selection process

The selection process for new graduates or students about to graduate consists of an initial group assessment day (Assessment Center) in which we decide whether candidates’ profiles are in line with skills that are rooted in Indesit’s five values: respect, innovation, ambition, genuineness, being in touch. Where the assessment yields positive results, the next step is a technical interview with a line manager and the relevant human resources manager. In this phase, candidates are presented with a specific job opportunity.

New graduate induction

Standard induction of new graduates/final year students starts with a six-month paid internship. At the end of this period, and subject to a positive assessment by the manager/tutor, official entry into the company is by way of an 18-month induction contract followed by an indefinite-term contract.

The recruiting process includes as well final-year students: Indesit Company supports the in-company graduation thesis development through internship. Thesis support plans for students have been developed directly with Indesit partner Universities and Business School and are coordinated by partner Teachers and Professors. Each thesis support request is managed within dedicated programs and research projects.
