Over 3,000 people work in Indesit consumer service facilities in the countries where we operate. And over five million calls are taken by our call centres every year: a “hot line” that helps us understand customers’ needs in advance and satisfy them promptly and thoroughly. To offer the maximum, we have devised a series of special services and a wide variety of extra guarantees tailored to specific needs, for both single appliances and built-in compositions. Services like original spare parts, a vast range of accessories and personal contact enable us to assist customers at any time and satisfy all their expectations.
